The association that supports projects serving patients’ everyday lives.
A lived experience, a conviction
NeuroCare was born from a lived reality: a care pathway that was complex, fragmented and exhausting. Behind the project is a powerful human experience — that of Frédéric Fleckinger, who faced scattered medical information, a lack of coordination between professionals, and the isolation of patients and caregivers.
From this ordeal came a conviction:
Loss of autonomy does not come from illness alone, but also from a fragmented health system.
From this conviction came a broader ambition: to create an association able to support projects that aim to improve everyday life for patients and their caregivers. Rather than a single answer, NeuroCare aims to be a framework that brings out, supports and structures concrete solutions for autonomy — starting with a digital health companion designed to centralise medical data, make communication easier, lighten the mental load and give patients back control of their care journey.
The Hacking Health Camp turning point
The project took a decisive turn at the Hacking Health Camp in Strasbourg in 2025: a first mock-up, a committed team, and a first prize that validated a human-centred approach with real-world impact.

The creation of the association
In this momentum, the NeuroCare association was created in 2026. It brings together patients, health professionals, experts and partners, with the mission of supporting the development of projects — digital, human or material — that make the care pathway clearer, better coordinated and more human.
