Privacy policy
The protection of your data is at the heart of our commitments. Here is how we handle it.

This policy describes how the NeuroCare association, publisher of the projetneurocare.com website, collects and processes your personal data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679) and the amended French “Informatique et Libertés” law.
1. Data controller
The data controller is the Association NEUROCARE, a non-profit association under Alsace-Moselle local law, whose registered office is at 5 rue de la Seine, 67115 Plobsheim, France (SIRET: 102 028 404 00014).

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data strictly necessary for the purposes described below:
- Contact form: name, e-mail address, subject and content of your message. This information is sent by e-mail to the association; it is not stored in a database on the site.
- Membership and donations: the necessary information is collected and processed directly by our provider HelloAsso through its secure form (see section 4).
- Technical data: the host keeps connection logs (IP address, pages viewed) to ensure the security and proper operation of the site. No advertising tracker is used.
No health data is collected by this site. The NeuroCare survey is a separate processing operation, described in its own privacy page (in French).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your requests through the contact form — legal basis: your consent and the association’s legitimate interest in replying to you.
- Managing memberships and donations — legal basis: performance of the association relationship and legal obligations (tax receipts).
- Ensuring the operation and security of the site (anti-spam protection of the form, technical logs) — legal basis: legitimate interest.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is intended only for authorised members of the association. We use service providers (processors within the meaning of the GDPR) for certain operations:
- HelloAsso — management of memberships and donations (secure payment, tax receipts). Data entered in the HelloAsso form, embedded in our “Membership” and “Support us” pages, is processed according to HelloAsso’s privacy policy.
- Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland) — technical hosting of the site and e-mail.
- YouTube (Google) — only if you start the Olyena presentation video. It is loaded only after you click, using the “enhanced privacy” mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
5. Retention periods
- Contact messages: 12 months after the last exchange.
- Membership data (name, contact details, subscription): 5 years after the end of membership, subject to the legal and accounting obligations applicable to documents relating to donations.
- Technical logs: according to the host’s policy, for a limited period.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@olyena.fr stating your request. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority, Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés).
7. Cookies and local storage
The site uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies, which is why it does not display a consent banner. Two strictly necessary items may be stored in your browser:
- a session cookie on the Contact page, which protects the form against abuse and expires when you close your browser;
- your “easy-reading font” display preference (local storage), if you turn it on.
Embedded third-party services (HelloAsso, YouTube) may set their own cookies when you use them; please refer to their respective policies. You can delete cookies at any time from your browser settings.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure: encrypted connection (HTTPS), content security policy, protection of the contact form. Payments for memberships and donations are processed through the secure HelloAsso platform.
9. Transfers outside the European Union
The site is hosted by Infomaniak (Switzerland). Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision recognising a level of data protection equivalent to that of the European Union. If you start the YouTube video, technical data may be processed by Google, including outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by that provider.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or project developments. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
